Besides, aside from the website'southward OKRs, I usually programme my objectives around the school year terms instead of past quarter (although I will count summertime as a term).

Central results are smaller, quantifiable, goals that are perfectly aligned with their parent objective and that can lead to an objective grade. There should be about 3-five fundamental results for each objective that yous accept identified.
